Meditation and Pranayama(breathwork)

Meditation is one of the limbs (segments) of the 8 limbs (ashta-anga) of yoga. Meditation is restricting the fluctuations of the mind, gaining a clear focus and improving your memory. We teach different forms of meditation :

  • Mindfulness meditation

  • Manifestation/visualisation meditation

  • Mantra Meditation

We strongly focus on Pranayama (breath) and teach various breathing techniques to calm you down and to gain a control over your mind.
